How do I get paid?

You connect your own account with Chapa, Pesapal, ArifPay or PayPal, and the payment goes to you. You can also take bank transfers. The buyer uploads a proof of payment and you approve it. Free tickets work too.

Which currency do you use?

Prices and reports on this page are in ETB. If you need another currency for your event, ask us before you start.

Does scanning need good internet at the venue?

Scanning runs in the browser on any phone or tablet, so it needs the same network that the site needs. We help you plan gate positions, backup steps and how many devices you need.

How do exhibitors fit in?

Exhibitors live inside your event. You add each company, import their guests and manage their orders in the same workspace.

Can I use my own branding?

You can design your own badges. For a full white-label setup with your own domain, talk to us.

Who owns the attendee data?

You do. Attendee, order and payment data is yours. If you have rules about where data is kept, talk to us during setup.
